Terms of Service

BS23R1 is a vehicle build tracking and automotive community platform where users can document their builds, connect with other gearheads, and buy or sell vehicles, parts, tools, and services.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Site. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@bs23r1.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You may not create accounts using automated means or create accounts on behalf of others without permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

BS23R1 allows you to post photos, build logs, vehicle information, listings, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it you grant BS23R1 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.

You represent that your User Content:

• Is owned by you or you have the right to share it.
• Does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Does not contain false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal material.
• Does not contain malware, spam, or other harmful code.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

BS23R1 provides a marketplace where users can list and browse vehicles, parts, tools, and services for sale. By using the marketplace:

• Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the condition of items sold, and compliance with all applicable laws.
• Buyers are responsible for performing their own due diligence before making a purchase.
• BS23R1 is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and makes no guarantees regarding the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
• You may not list stolen goods, counterfeit items, or anything prohibited by applicable law.
• Disputes between buyers and sellers are to be resolved directly between the parties.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or sexually explicit.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Site without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Use the Site to send spam, unsolicited messages, or advertising.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security features of the Site.

All content on the Site that is not User Content — including the BS23R1 name, logo, design, code, and written materials — is the property of BS23R1 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Site without our express written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as affiliate links to retailers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BS23R1 AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BS23R1 and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
