Bad heat

I have very little heat coming from the vents on the driver's side and barely any a little more coming from passenger side. I have flushed the filled system and making sure there was not air in it. I took the glovebox out and checked if the vent motor was working and it is, anyone else have this issue or know what to try before I replace the heater core?
